Q1:
I ordered two days ago, but I still have not received my tracking number, why?


Items are shipped once your order has gone through our processing system. Processing time includes paperwork as well as package in our warehouse.
Tracking numbers are available once your package has been picked up by the carrier. Tracking numbers will show status after the post office has scanned packages. This may take up to 24 hours from pick up time. Please be patient.



Q2:
How long is shipping?


On most case, shipping time from our warehouse to US domestic is approximately 3-5 business days. Puerto Rico , Hawaii and Guam is far away ,it will take more time on shipping. International shipping is 10-15 business days. Besides ,there is processing time per order. Depending on how busy our warehouse is, your order will be process within 2-3 days.



Q3:
If the item have fitment problem ,what should i do ?


If the item does not fit, please contact us so that we can further assist you,you can send the pictures to us via email :XXXXXXX please put the part up to your bike and take several pictures, the pictures must include the whole piece up to the bike so that it is fully visible. Our customer service group will take a look at the pictures and then process the exchange if it is eligible .
If your bike has been in any type of collision so that the kits are not fit normally,we don't take any responsbility. Please kindly note that :if the item is altered, cut, shaved or painted in any way, it cannot be exchange or return for any reason.
