Return & Refund policy:
•  All parts can only be exchanged within 7 days after you have received the item with their original condition except the clearance parts or specified non-return items.
•  Buyer is responsible for the return shipping. Shipping & handling are not refundable.
•  Please be sure to look over the package carefully in front of the deliveryman. If the items are damaged inside, do not sign off the package. And please contact us immediately, so we can file a claim to the carrier.
•  If an item is returned to us with a non-original condition and the damages are not caused by the carrier, we will not credit back to the buyer.

•  In the event, there is a lack of stock from the U.S. company, the goods will be shipped directly from our factory in Asia. As such, the time required for handling the goods and delivery will be extended by one week. Your understanding in this regard is most appreciated.
•  What we sell are not OEM parts, therefore, please do not expect the fitting would be 100% fit, after all these are still aftermarket parts. If customers want to install them by themselves, we would highly recommend to put the product on and off a couple times in order to make it close to 100% OEM fitment. However, if make that fit close to perfect, we totally recommend to let the professional technician do the installation for you. (Buyer assumes all risk on usage.)

Return Policy

What Do I need to return my merchandise?
In Order to return any merchandise , RMA# (return material authorization) will be needed. Your return merchandise will not be accepted without RMA#. We wil not be responsible for any lost. Buyer will need to responds for the 3rd party shipping.

How can I get my RMA#?
You will need to speak with our customer service and tell them clearly that why you need to return the item. If the item is under warranty, we will provide you a RMA#.

How do I know if the merchandise still under warranty?
For all of our products, we provide 30days limited warranty. If package came broken, you will need to refuse to receive the item. If you were not able to check the package when it came. You will need to take pictures of the damaged merchandise with our package boxes. Any other return reason, you will need to talk to our customer service to get approval.

1. First, our representative will contain you to either help you fixing the problem or issue you the RMA authorization number.
2. Next you have to print the following form out and fill it out.
3. After you obtain the number you must send the product back within 3 days along with this form including inside. You can use any carrier to ship but best with tracking number. we do not hold responsible for missing or damaged package being send to us.
4. Make sure you write the RMA # outside of the box as well. After we receive your package, we would email you and inform you about the status of your RMA.
5. Please be patient and wait for our representative to get back to you. This process might take from 1-5 business days, depends on your situation.
6. If it is a exchange product. We will send back the item to you immediately and we will email you about the tracking info.

YOU MUST OBTAIN RMA NUMBER BEFORE SEND BACK, Just by sending this form to US is NOT authourzing your return, you MUST obtain RMA number from our representatives. NO RMA / Unauthorized return or even returning without this form will be disregarded. Standard Return and warranty period is 30 days. If we found the item is not damage by manufacturer, appears to be mis-used or parts we are not responsible. We will charge a examination fee and return shipping fee. Examination Fee: $15 mininium charge.

This Return is intended for Exchange or Repair only, No Refund will be issued under our policy. We do not cover any postage expense related to returning items. NO Credit will be issued. All reason for return must be 100% true as stated above by you, the customer. Any false claim, return without authorized, claims that do not cover by warranty will result additional shipping, storage and processing/ exam fee which will be automatically billed to the customer's billing info from the previous order, or the billing info you enter below. Once you the customer requested RMA and sign this form, you waived the right to dispute this transaction, or cancel any pending dispute. We will process your return and do exchange/ repair.

Please fully understand our return procedures and sign below before printing in this request form.

Any returned item with damage caused by you will immediately be discarded or will receive at most a 10% refund.
